Because our products are made/packed with care (and for quality & safety reasons), all sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for purchases. 

Our Quality Promise 

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery here. We’ll be happy to review the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost.
